Chairs on the beach in Nha Trang

On the beach in many places there are chairs for rent. There is no information that you have to pay for it, but when you leave it somebody will imediatelly come to you and ask for 30.000 dong. I didn't know about it and sat down on such a chair. Just for 5 minutes only to change my clothes and somebody came and asked me to pay. I even didn't take any money with me. I told that lady that there was absolutely no information the chairs were not free. I quarelled a bit with her, but anyway I had no money so I couldn't do anything. She was angry and showed me with her hand to go away. It was a gesture like people make when trying to get rid of a moskito or a fly. It didn't look very polite. I felt really like a small, nasty moskito.
